Kheema Masala (Minced Meat Masala)

Ingredients
  1. Minced Meat (kheema): 400 gm
  2. Onion: 1 big
  3. Tomato: 1
  4. Tomato Paste: 1 tsp
  5. Ginger paste: 2tsp
  6. Garlic paste: 1 tsp
  7. Green Chilli: 2
  8. Turmeric powder: ¼ tsp
  9. Chilli Powder: 1 tsp (as per taste)
  10. Coriander Powder: 1 ½ tsp
  11. Garam Masala powder: ½ tsp
  12. Curry leaf: 1 string
  13. Coriander leaf: 1 string
  14. Oil: 3 tbsp
Method of Preparation:
  • Wash the minced meat and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan; add chopped onion, sauté till yellowish brown.
  • Add ginger and garlic paste, stir well, then add chopped tomato and green chilli. Sauté till tomato is done.
  • Add garam masala powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder, stir for a minute and add tomato paste.
  • Then add minced meat, stir well and close the lid and cook till it is done in a low flame.
  • Add curry leaves and switch off the flame.
  • Garnish with Chopped coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with chappathi or roti.
