Ingredients
- Minced Meat (kheema): 400 gm
- Onion: 1 big
- Tomato: 1
- Tomato Paste: 1 tsp
- Ginger paste: 2tsp
- Garlic paste: 1 tsp
- Green Chilli: 2
- Turmeric powder: ¼ tsp
- Chilli Powder: 1 tsp (as per taste)
- Coriander Powder: 1 ½ tsp
- Garam Masala powder: ½ tsp
- Curry leaf: 1 string
- Coriander leaf: 1 string
- Oil: 3 tbsp
Method of Preparation:
- Wash the minced meat and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan; add chopped onion, sauté till yellowish brown.
- Add ginger and garlic paste, stir well, then add chopped tomato and green chilli. Sauté till tomato is done.
- Add garam masala powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder, stir for a minute and add tomato paste.
- Then add minced meat, stir well and close the lid and cook till it is done in a low flame.
- Add curry leaves and switch off the flame.
- Garnish with Chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with chappathi or roti.
