Salami Spring Roll

Ingredients
Salami: 250gms
Spring roll sheets: as needed
Onion: 1
Spring Onion chopped: 5tbsp
Potato Mashed: ½ cup
Garam Masala Powder: tsp
Chicken Masala: 1/4tsp
Pepper Powder: ¼ tsp
Chilli Powder: ¾ tsp
Turmeric Powder: ¼ tsp
Refined Oil: 4tbsp + for deep frying



Method Of Preparation:
In a frying pan add oil and then add finely chopped onion. When it turns transparent add in the turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala, pepper powder and chicken masala.
Then add in salami, mashed potato and spring onion.
Stir well and put in low flame for few minutes.
Switch off the flame, let it cool.
Take the spring roll sheets add the filling to it diagonally inside and fold diagonally and seal it with by wetting it at the sides.
Fry in medium hot oil till done.
Serve hot with desired sauce.


Note: Add salt if required, potato also if salami is too salty only it’s required to add.

Fish Roll



Ingredients


Dough

All Purpose Flour: 1 ¾ cups

Warm Milk: ½ cup
Milk Powder: 2tbsp
Warm Water: ¼ cup (or as required)
Roux:2tbsp (3/4tbsp water + 1/4cup water, combine and cook till you get a smooth paste)
Sugar: 1 ½ tbsp
Salt: needed        
Oil: 2tbsp                 
Melted Butter: 4tbsp or olive oil
Yeast: ¾ tsp

Toppings

Tuna Fish: 1 tin (can use any fleshy fish)

Onion: 1

Green Chilli: 2

Tomato: 1

Turmeric Powder: ¼ tsp

Chilli powder: ½ tsp

Lemon Juice: 2tbsp

Oil: 3ybsp

Salt: needed

Coriander leaves: 2tbsp

Cream Cheese: 5tbsp (you can use mozzarella too)



Egg: Egg wash






Method Of Preparation

Dough

Sieve the flour, then add milk powder, sugar, yeast and salt. Then add the oil and roux and mix together. Now add all the milk. Starts kneading together and gradually add water a little at a time. You might not need it all, so add it sparingly until your dough is nice and soft. Add butter or olive oil in between while kneading the dough. Knead for 8-10 minutes. The more you knead it the softer the buns will be.



Touch a bit of oil with your fingertips and apply all over the ball of dough. Cover in a bowl and set aside for 40mins to an hour for it to double in size.



Punch down the dough. Take the baking tray and grease it or line with butter paper.

Filling

Heat oil in a pan. Add oil and add chopped onion. When onion turns transparent add in turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt. Then add in the fish, tomato and green chilli. Saute for a while, in low flame. When done switch off the flame and add in coriander leaves. Keep it aside to let it cool.

Flatten the dough to ½ inch thick. Spread the filling on to it and roll. Cut the log horizontally into 4 0r 5 piece. Egg wash it on top and arrange into the baking tray by keeping the cut side down. Apply cream cheese on top of each roll.

Bake in pre heated oven at 160 Deg C to about 25 – 30 minutes or till done.

Onion - Cream Cheese Topped Bread



Ingredients


Dough

All Purpose Flour: 1 ¾ cups

Warm Milk: ½ cup
Milk Powder: 2tbsp
Warm Water: ¼ cup (or as required)

Sugar: 1 ½ tbsp
Salt: needed        
Oil: 2tbsp                
Melted Butter: 4tbsp or olive oil
Yeast: ¾ tsp

Toppings

Tomato Ketchup

Onion chopped

Cream Cheese

Egg: Egg wash











Method Of Preparation

Place it in the greased tray and bake in pre heated oven at 160 Deg C to about 30 – 35 minutes or till done.

Sausage Mini Pizza



Ingredients

All Purpose Flour: 1 ¾ cups

Warm Milk: ½ cup
Milk Powder: 2tbsp
Warm Water: ¼ cup (or as required)
Roux:2tbsp (3/4tbsp flour + 1/4cup water, combine and cook till you get a smooth paste)
Sugar: 1 ½ tbsp
Salt: needed        
Oil: 2tbsp                
Melted Butter: 4tbsp or olive oil
Yeast: ¾ tsp

Olives chopped: 1cup

Sausage: 3

Mozzarella Cheese: as needed

Egg: Egg wash


Method Of Preparation

Sieve the flour, then add milk powder, sugar, yeast and salt. Then add the oil and roux and mix together. Now add all the milk. Starts kneading together and gradually add water a little at a time. You might not need it all, so add it sparingly until your dough is nice and soft. Add butter or olive oil in between while kneading the dough. Knead for 8-10 minutes. Divide the dough into 6-7equal balls. Flatten each ball into mini sized chapathis. Prick the flattened dough several times with fork so that the dough won’t puff up while baking. Apply egg wash on it. Then add chopped olives and sausages and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese on top.

Place it in the greased tray and bake in pre heated oven at 160 Deg C to about 20 -25minutes or till done.

Murtabak (Meat Stuffed Roti)



















Ingredients

Dough

Maida/Plain Flour: 2cups

Salt: needed

Luke warm water: 3/4th cup

Oil: ¼ cup while kneading + ¼ cup while cooking

Filling

Minced meat: 500gms

Onion: 1 large

Garlic and ginger paste: 1tsp

Turmeric powder: ½ tsp

Garam Masala: ½ tsp

Coriander leaves chopped: 3tbsp

Lemon Juice: 2tbsp

Salt: needed

Pepper powder: ½ tsp

Eggs: 2




























Method Of Preparation

Dough

In a bowl add flour, salt and add 3tbsp oil and rub with hand. Add water little by little and knead it to smooth dough. Take time and knead to about 10minutes. Add oil in between while kneading. Apply oil and cover the dough with a wet cloth and keep in a closed bowl. Let it rest for about an hour.

Filling

Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion. Sauté till it becomes translucent. Then add the ginger garlic paste. Saute for a minute and add turmeric powder and garam masala. Then add green chilli and minced meat it. Add salt. Stir and close and cook in low flame till it is done. Switch off the flame and add coriander leaves and lemon juice and let it cool. When cooled add the eggs and pepper powder and stir.

Heat the griddle and drizzle some oil to it.

Divide the dough into small equal balls. Flatten each ball on an oily surface with a rolling pin to as much as thin it can be. Then add 3-4tbsp filling in the middle and fold it from four sides. Place this carefully to the hot griddle. Cook both sides in low flame by drizzling oil in between. When both sides are cooked well, remove to a plate and cut into square pieces and serve hot.

Minced Meat Stuffed Muffin Buns




Ingredients

Dough
All Purpose Flour: 1 ¾ cups
Warm Milk: ½ cup
Milk Powder: 2tbsp
Warm Water: ¼ cup (or as required)
Roux:2tbsp (3/4tbsp water + 1/4cup water, combine and cook till you get a smooth paste)
Sugar: 1 ½ tbsp
Salt: needed        
Oil: 2tbsp                   
Melted Butter: 4tbsp or olive oil
Yeast: ¾ tsp

Filling
Minced meat: 500gms
Onion: 1
Green chilli: 1
Turmeric powder: 1/4tbsp
Chilli powder: ½ tsp
Coriander powder: ¼ tsp
Garam masala ½ tsp
Lemon juice: 2tbsp
Coriander leaves finely chopped: 2tbsp
Oil: 4tbsp
Salt: needed

Egg: 1 for egg wash






Method Of Preparation

Filling

Heat oil in a pan. Add in finely chopped onion. Sauté till it becomes transparent. Then add on chopped green chilli. Saute for a minute. Then add in turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander owder, salt and garam masala. Stir and sauté for 20sec and then add in washed and drained minced meat. Stir well and close with a lid and cook till meat is done. Open the lid and if there is gravy increase the flame and stir in till you get it dry. Then add in lemon juice and coriander leaves and switch off the flame. Let it cool.

Dough

Sieve the flour, then add milk powder, sugar, yeast and salt. Then add the oil and roux and  mix together. Now add all the milk. Start kneading together and gradually add the water a little at a time. You might not need it all, so add it sparingly until your dough is nice and soft. Add butter or olive oil in between while kneading the dough. Knead for 8-10 minutes. The more you knead it the softer the buns will be.

Touch a bit of oil with your fingertips and apply all over the ball of dough. Cover in a bowl and set aside for 40mins to an hour for it to double in size.

Make small equal balls out of the dough

Take each ball and just flatten it by keeping inside your palm. Add in a tbsp. filling to it and roll it.

Grease a muffin tray and place the balls into it.

Egg wash each muffin buns.

Bake it in pre heated oven at 160 deg C to about 15 – 20minutes or till done.

Sausage-Cheese Bread



Ingredients

Dough

All Purpose Flour: 1 ¾ cups
Warm Milk: ½ cup
Milk Powder: 2tbsp
Warm Water: ¼ cup (or as required)
Roux:2tbsp (3/4tbsp water + 1/4cup water, combine and cook till you get a smooth paste)
Sugar: 1 ½ tbsp
Salt: needed        
Oil: 2tbsp                
Melted Butter: 4tbsp or olive oil
Yeast: ¾ tsp


Sausage: 4
Mozzarella Cheese: as reqd.
Egg: Egg wash




















Method Of Preparation

Sieve the flour, then add milk powder, sugar, yeast and salt. Then add the oil and roux and mix together. Now add all the milk. Start kneading together and gradually add water a little at a time. You might not need it all, so add it sparingly until your dough is nice and soft. Add butter or olive oil in between while kneading the dough. Knead for 8-10 minutes. The more you knead it the softer the buns will be.

Divide the dough into 5 equal balls. Flatten each ball and place one sausage each in the middle and sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on it. Fold from one side as shown in pictorial. Give 5 slits horizontally where the sausage is being stuffed. Place the alternative slits to the other side. Apply egg wash on top.
Place it in the greased tray and bake in pre heated oven at 160 Deg C to about 20 -25minutes or till done

Sausage Sandwich



Ingredients

Sausage: 10piece

Onion: 1

Kashmiri Chilli powder: 1/2tbsp

Turmeric powder: ¼ tsp

Lemon juice: 2tbsp

Salt: as needed
oil: 2tbsp

Tomato: 1

Coriander leaves chopped: 2tbsp

Bread 10slices

Tomato ketchup: 5tbsp



Method Of Preparation



Filling

Cut sausage into small pieces. Marinate it with chilli powder, turmeric powder and lemon juice.

Heat oil in a wide pan and add the marinated sausage to it.

Stir for 4-5minutes in medium flame.

Then add finely chopped onion and salt to it.

Stir in low flame to about 4more minutes

Switch off the flame.

Then add in finely chopped tomato and coriander leaves.



Arranging

Take one bread slice. Spread tomato ketchup on it. Then spread the sausage filling and place another slice of bread over it.

Grill it in a pre-heated toaster to about 3minutes or till done.

Bread-Custard Layered Pudding



Ingredients

Bread Pudding

Bread: 6 slice

Milk: 2 cups

Condense Milk: ½ tin

Cardamom powder: ¼ tsp

Custard

Custard Powder: 2 ½ tbs

Milk: 2 cups

Sugar: 4tbsp


Grapes Jam/ or any jam as per your taste


Method Of Preparation

Bread Pudding

First powder the bread, make it to crumps.

Then in a pan add bread crumps and milk.

Keep on stove and start stirring. When it becomes thick add in condense milk and cardamom powder.

Stir till it becomes thick and starts leaving from the sides.

Switch of the flame. Transfer 3tbs to each bowl/glass in which you are going to set the pudding. Refrigerate and let it cool meanwhile make the carrot halwa and custard.

Custard

Take a pan and add milk, sugar and custard powder and stir well.

Keep it on stove and continue stirring till it becomes thick.


When bread pudding cools add in 1tbsp grapes jam over it.

Then add in prepared custard and refrigerate for 20min to set it.

Then above the custard add in carrot halwa.

Keep refrigerated and serve chiled.

Vermicelli Halwa



Ingredients

Condense Milk: ½ cup

Roasted Vermicelli: 1cup (the thin one)

Rava/semolina: ¼ cup

Water: 2cups

Sugar: 3-4tbsp or as needed

Ghee: 1tbsp

Cardamom powder: ½ tsp

Almonds/Pistachio/Cashew: for garnishing



Method Of Preparation

In a pan add water sugar and bring to boil.

When boils add in vermicelli and rava to it and keep stirring.

Add in condense milk when it gets cooked.

Continue stirring till it gets thick. Add ghee and cardamom powder. Switch off the flame.

Transfer it to a greased tray and garnish with nuts and cover with a cling film or keep closed with a lid so that the top don’t gets dried up.

When cools cut into square pieces and serve.

Dates-Apple Cutlet


Ingredients
Apple: 1
Banana/Plantain: 2
Dates: 10
Egg: 1         
Bread Crumps: 1cup
Oil: Deep Frying
Method Of Preparation
Boil and peel banana and mash it
Add in finely chopped dates and apple. If needed you can soak dates for 1 hour if not soft.
Mix it well.
Roll it into oblong shape, first dip in egg, then roll in bread crumps and deep fry in oil till all sides turns golden brown.
Serve hot.

Fruit Salad



Ingredients

Apple: 1

Banana/Plantain: 1

Grapes: 10

Pear: 1

Papaya: 1 small slice

Banana (Chiquita): 1

Honey: 3tbsp or as per required

Milk:1cup

Method Of Preparation

Peel and cut all the fruits except grapes and Chiquita banana.

In a blender add banana Chiquita and milk and blend to smooth paste.

Take the fruit pieces in a bowl, add in grapes to it.

Add in the blended banana mix and add in honey. Stir and mix well.

Chill it and serve.
