1. Dosha Batter: 3 Cups
2. Jaggery grated: ½ Cup
3. Coconut grated: ¾ Cup
4. Oil: if required
Method of Preparation:
- Heat dosha tawa, spread oil and take a ladle full batter, Make 1”thick doshas and on top it spread grated jaggery and coconut. Close with a lid and cook until done.
- Serve hot
Tip: No need to spread oil if it is a non-stick pan. You can use sugar instead of jaggery.
