Ingredients
- Pasta: 1 cup
- Onion: 1 big
- Chicken sausage: 1
- Mixed vegetables: ½ cup
- Butter: 2 tbsp
- Salt: needed
- Grated cheese: for topping
For white sauce:
- Butter: 1 tbsp
- Flour: 1 tsp
- Milk: 1 cup (or as per consistency)
- Salt: needed
- Pepper powder: to taste
Method of Preparation:
- For white sauce, heat butter in pan, add flour and stir well, then add milk little by little to it. Whisk with a ladle till the paste is smooth. (If too thick add some more milk to get the consistency). Add salt and pepper powder.
- Cook pasta in enough water till it is done. Drain water and keep aside.
- In pan heat butter, sliced onion sauté for a minute, then add mixed vegetables and sliced sausage. Cook till vegetable is done.
- Add prepared white sauce and cooked pasta to it. Stir well for a minute.
- Add grated cheese over it.
- Pasta in white sauce is ready to serve.
