Green Chilli Fry

  1. Big Green Chilli: 8 (should not be too hot)
  2. Salt: needed
  3. Oil: for frying

Method of Preparation:
  • Make an opening length wise on all green chillies.
  • Add salt to the green chilli through the slit
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry until done.
