Banana Ghee Fry

It is a simple, easy and healthy recipe. Especially kids will like it.
  1. Banana (Ethapazham): 1
  2. Ghee: 3tsp
  3. Coconut grated: 3 tbsp (optional)
  4. Sugar: 2 tsp
  5. Cashews & raisins: few (optional)
Method of Preparation:
  • Slice bananas to small pieces (or as your choice).
  • Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, fry cashews and raisins and keep aside.
  • Add sliced bananas to the ghee. Stir for 5-6 minutes.
  • Add grated coconut and sugar. Stir well and switch off the flame.
  • Serve hot by garnishing with fried cashew nuts and raisins.
