- Banana (Ethapazham): 1
- Ghee: 3tsp
- Coconut grated: 3 tbsp (optional)
- Sugar: 2 tsp
- Cashews & raisins: few (optional)
Method of Preparation:
- Slice bananas to small pieces (or as your choice).
- Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, fry cashews and raisins and keep aside.
- Add sliced bananas to the ghee. Stir for 5-6 minutes.
- Add grated coconut and sugar. Stir well and switch off the flame.
- Serve hot by garnishing with fried cashew nuts and raisins.
