Tomato Curry

Are you feeling tired today, just try this simplest, healthy recipe. When I made this yesterday I missed my mother and sisters. This is my sister’s one of the favorite curry. Try it, you will like it.
  1. Tomato: 1 medium sized
  2. Shallots: 5
  3. Green Chilli: 2
  4. Kanji vellam (Rice Gruel): 2 glasses
  5. Oil: 2 tbsp
  6. Salt: needed
Method of Preparation:
  • Heat oil in kadhai, add sliced shallots, add rice gruel, green chilli, sliced tomato and salt.
  • When it comes to boil, low the flame, when the curry comes little thick, switch off the flame.
  • Serve with hot rice.
