Ingredients
Are you feeling tired today, just try this simplest, healthy recipe. When I made this yesterday I missed my mother and sisters. This is my sister’s one of the favorite curry. Try it, you will like it.
- Tomato: 1 medium sized
- Shallots: 5
- Green Chilli: 2
- Kanji vellam (Rice Gruel): 2 glasses
- Oil: 2 tbsp
- Salt: needed
Method of Preparation:
- Heat oil in kadhai, add sliced shallots, add rice gruel, green chilli, sliced tomato and salt.
- When it comes to boil, low the flame, when the curry comes little thick, switch off the flame.
- Serve with hot rice.
