Dosha with carrot topping

  1. Dosha Batter: 3 cups
  2. Carrot Chopped: ½ cup
  3. Cucumber chopped: ½ cup
  4. Green Chilli: 3-4 tsp (optional)
  5. Oil: if required
Method of Preparation:
·        Heat dosha tawa, spread oil and take a ladle full batter, Make 1”thick doshas and on top it spread and put chopped carrot, cucumber and green chilles.
·        Close with a lid and cook until done.
·        Serve hot
Tip: No need to spread oil if it is a non-stick pan.
