Honey Dumplings

  1. Flour: 1 cup
  2. Egg: 1
  3. Luke warm milk: ½ cup
  4. Sugar: 2 tbsp
  5. Yeast: pinch
  6. Curd: 1tsp (optional)
  7. Baking powder: ½ tsp
  8. Salt: needed
  9. Honey: required
Method of Preparation:
  • Beat the egg well
  • Combine egg, milk, sugar, curd, dissolved yeast, salt. Add flour to it.
  • Batter should be thicker. Leave for 2 hours in a warm place
  •  Heat oil in a pan; drop a teaspoon full batter to the oil.
  • Fry till golden brown. And put into honey syrup.
  • Serve hot
Tips: Can use self raising flour instead of maida. Sugar syrup can be used instead of honey.
