- Flour: 1 cup
- Egg: 1
- Luke warm milk: ½ cup
- Sugar: 2 tbsp
- Yeast: pinch
- Curd: 1tsp (optional)
- Baking powder: ½ tsp
- Salt: needed
- Honey: required
Method of Preparation:
- Beat the egg well
- Combine egg, milk, sugar, curd, dissolved yeast, salt. Add flour to it.
- Batter should be thicker. Leave for 2 hours in a warm place
- Heat oil in a pan; drop a teaspoon full batter to the oil.
- Fry till golden brown. And put into honey syrup.
- Serve hot
Tips: Can use self raising flour instead of maida. Sugar syrup can be used instead of honey.
