- Chicken Sausage: 1 pack
- Garam masala powder: ¼ tsp
- Pepper powder: 1 tbsp (as per taste)
- Salt: needed
- Turmeric powder: ¼ tsp
- Oil: 1 tsp (marinating)
- Oil: 5 tsp
Method of Preparation:
- Make deep lines on sausage evenly on all sides.
- In a bowl add turmeric powder, pepper powder,garam masala powder, salt and oil. Mix well
- Add sausage and marinate for 1 hour.
- Shallow fry in oil till it cook evenly on all sides.
- Garnish with fried curry leaves and chopped green chillies.
- Ready to serve.
