- Dosha Batter: 3 cups
- Onion Chopped: ½ cup
- Tomato chopped: ¼ cup
- Green Chilli: 3-4 tsp (optional)
- Oil: if required
Method of Preparation:
- Heat dosha tawa, spread oil and take a ladle full batter, Make 1”thick doshas and on top it spread and put chopped onion, tomato and green chilles.
- Close with a lid and cook until done.
- Serve hot
Tip: No need to spread oil if it is a non-stick pan.
