Ingredients
- Chicken: 900 gms
- Onion: 1 medium
- Green Chilli: 2 nos
- Ginger: 1 inch piece
- Garlic: 5 cloves
- Garam masala powder: ½ tsp
- Pepper powder: 1 tsp (as per taste)
- Salt: needed
- Curry leaf: 1 string
- Coconut oil: 5 tbsp
- Cut chicken into medium sized pieces, Wash and drain.
- Grind all other ingredients except curry leaf and coconut oil into a smooth paste.
- Marinate chicken with the grinded paste for at least half an hour.
- Heat 4 tbsp oil in a khadai, add the marinated chicken to it and stir well in full flame for about 2 minutes.
- Closed the lid and low the flame. Cook the chicken until done.
- If there is more gravy, put in full flame and stir well till dry fry.
- Add 1 tbsp coconut oil, curry leaf and switch off the flame.
