Egg Roast

  1. Egg: 3 nos
  2. Onion: 4 nos
  3. Tomato: 2 medium
  4. Ginger & garlic paste: 1 tsp
  5. Green chilly: 2 nos
  6. Turmeric powder: ¼ tsp
  7. Chilly powder: 1tsp
  8. Cummin powder: ¼ tsp
  9. Curry leaf: reqd
  10. Coriander leaf: for garnishing
  11. Salt: As needed
  12. Oil: 4 tbsp
Method of Preparation:
  • Boil the eggs and keep aside
  • Grind the tomatoes to a smooth paste and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add thinly sliced onions
  • When it becomes yellowish brown add ginger garlic paste.
  • Then add turmeric and chilly powder and stir well
  • Now it’s time to add the tomato paste. Stir well .if necessary add little water and cook in a very low flame for half an hour.
  • Add boiled eggs, cumin powder, chopped green chillies and curry leaf.
  • Cover the lid and switch off the flame.
  • Ready to serve a delicious egg recipe by garnishing with coriander leaves.
