Chicken-Egg Masala

Ingredients
  1. Egg: 2
  2. Potato: 1
  3. Chicken: 300gm
  4. Onion: 1 big
  5. Ginger: 1” piece
  6. Garlic: 2 cloves
  7. Green Chilli: 1
  8. Turmeric powder: ½ tsp
  9. Pepper powder: 1 ½ tsp (or as needed)
  10. Garam Masala: ½ tsp
  11. Fennel seeds Powder: ½ tsp
  12. Curry leaves: few
  13. Coriander leaves: few
  14. Salt: needed
  15. Oil: needed
Method of Preparation:
·        Hard boil the eggs and keep aside.
·        In a bowl; add chicken pieces, sliced potato, 1 tsp pepper powder, turmeric powder and salt. Add water to get it cooked. The water should be fully absorbed.
·        In a pan; heat oil; add onion sauté for a while, then add chopped garlic and ginger stir for a minute and add ½ tsp pepper powder, garam masala powder. (If needed add salt). Stir well.
·        Now add cooked chicken, potato and sliced egg. Stir until everything is fully mixed. Let it be there in low flame for 2 minutes.
·        Add fennel seeds powder, chopped green chilli; coriander leaf and curry leaf. Switch off the flame.
·        Serve hot with chappathi.
