Ingredients
- Carrot Grated: 2 cups
- Milk: 1 cup
- Sugar: 4tbsp
- Ghee: 3-4tsp
- Cardamom Powder: ¼ tsp
- Cashews, almonds, raisins: few
Method of Preparation:
· Take a pan add grated carrot and milk.
· Bring to boil, after 5 minutes add sugar.
· Stir well till milk and sugar is absorbed well.
· Add cardamom powder and ghee and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
· Add fried raisins, cashews and almonds.
Serve hot or cold
