Mathanga Olan


Ingredients

Mathanga/ Yellow Pumpkin: 250gms

Salt: needed

Oil: 3 tsp

Mustard Seeds: ¼ tsp

Curry Leaves: few

Method of Preparation

Cut pumpkin into pieces.

In a cooking pot add pumpkin pieces, salt and enough water.

Cook for 5-10 minutes or till done.

Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds and add curry leaves.

Add this prepared pumpkin.
