Bread Vermicelli Roll

  1. White Bread: 4 slices
  2. Vermicelli: ½ cup
  3. Onion chopped: 2tbsp
  4. Green Chilli chopped: 1tsp
  5. Ginger chopped: ¼ tsp
  6. Curry leaves chopped: 2 tsp
  7. Salt: needed
  8. Oil: for deep frying
Method of Preparation
Cook vermicelli by adding water and salt. When cooked, drain and keep aside.
Blend and make the bread into powder.
Mix the cooked vermicelli, bread powder, onion, green chilli, ginger chopped, curry leaves and salt. If needed only add some water.
Mix well with hand.
Roll into oblong shape and deep fry in oil till done
Serve hot with tea.
