- Pathiri: 15
- Shallots: 5
- Sugar: 3tsp
- Coconut grated: ¼ cup
- Oil: 2tbsp
Method of Preparation
· Cut pathiri into small pieces.
· Heat oil in a pan; add chopped shallots.
· When it slightly turns brown, add the pathiri pieces and stir for 3 minutes.
· Then add the grated coconut and sugar. Mix well and switch off the flame.
· Serve hot.
