Ingredients
- Bread: 4
- Egg: 1
- Milk: 3 tsp
- Sugar: 2tbsp
- Oil/ghee: needed
Method of Preparation:
- Take a bowl, add egg, sugar, milk and mix well.
- Heat a pan, apply oil it
- Take each bread slices and dip both the sides into the egg mix and put into pan. Flip and fry both sides until golden brown.
- Serve hot with tea.
