Chicken Sausage: 10
Chilli powder: 1-2tsp (as per ur tolerance)
Turmeric powder: ¾ tsp
Cardamom powder: ½ tsp
Salt: a pinch (if needed only)
Coconut oil: 4tbsp
Curry leaves: few
Green chilli: 2
Coriander leaves: 1 string (optional)
Method of Preparation
Slice the sausages into small pieces.
Marinate it with chilli powder, turmeric powder, and cardamom powder, coconut oil 1 tbsp and salt. Mix well with hand
Add curry leaves and green chilli chopped and mix again.
Keep the marination for 1 hour.
Heat 3tbsp oil in a pan; add the marinated sausages to it. (If needed you can add more oil)
Stir frequentlyin low flame for 4-5 minutes or till done.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot with chappathi or rice.
