Nadan Chicken Fry

  1. Chicken: 900gm
  2. Shallots: 12-15
  3. Ginger: 1” piece
  4. Green chilli: 2
  5. Garlic: 6 cloves
  6. Chilly powder: 2tbsp
  7. Turmeric powder: ¾ tsp
  8. Curry leaves: few
  9. Salt: needed
  10. Oil: for deep frying
Method of Preparation:
·        Cut and wash the chicken into medium pieces
·        Grind shallots, garlic, ginger, green chilli by adding salt into a smooth paste.
·        In a bowl; add grinded paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder and curry leaves. Mix well and add chicken pieces and marinate to about 2 hours.
·        Heat oil in pan and deep fry chicken pieces until done.
·        Garnish with fried green chillies and curry leaves.
·        Serve hot
