Ingredients
- Lady’s finger/okra: 1 cup (roundly sliced)
- Green Chilli: 2
- Turmeric powder: a pinch
- Salt: needed
- Shallot: 5
- Oil: 3 tsp
Method of Preparation:
- Heat oil in a pan; add chopped shallots, when it turns brown add chopped green chilli.
- Add turmeric powder; stir and add the okra pieces and salt.
- Fry till all the stickiness from it removes.
- Serve hot.
