Idli Batter: 2 cups
Salt: needed
Jaggery grated: ¼ cup
Coconut gratedt: ¼ cup
Method of Preparation
Add salt to the idli batter.
Grease the idli trays; Pour the batter into the trays.
Sprinkle jaggery and coconut on top of it.
And steam it for 15 minutes.
Serve hot.
Note: You can add grated apple and sugar instead of coconut and jaggery.
