- Egg: 3
- Chicken pieces (boiled or fried by adding salt): 3tsp
- Onion chopped: 1 tbsp
- Tomato chopped: 1tbsp
- Green Chilli: 1
- Coriander leaf chopped: ½ tsp
- Salt: needed
- Oil: 2tbsp
Method of Preparation:
· In a bowl add egg, chicken pieces, onion, tomato, green chilli coriander leaf and salt. Beat well.
· Heat oil in a pan, Pour the egg mix, close with a lid, cook for 1 minute in low flame; flip and cook till the other side is done.
