Fish Fry (Sardine Fry)

Ingredients
  1. Sardines: 5
  2. Shallots: 10
  3. Garlic cloves: 4
  4. Chilli powder: 1tbsp
  5. Turmeric powder: ¾ tbsp
  6. Salt: needed
  7. Coconut oil: 2-3tsp
Method of Preparation:
·        Clean and make slits on sardines.
·        To prepare marinating, grind shallots, garlic, salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder.
·        Marinate sardines with the above mix for 1 hour.
·        Heat oil in a pan; shallow fry the sardines by flipping, till done.
·        Serve hot with rice.
