Crispy Balls

  1. Idli Batter: 2 cups 
  2. Salt: needed
  3. Oil: for deep frying
  4. Onion: 1 small
  5. Green Chilli: 1
  6. Curry leaves: few

Method of Preparation
  • Batter should be a bit thicker than idli batter.
  • Add salt, chopped onion, chopped green chilli, curry leaves and salt to the batter and stir well. 
  • Heat oil in a pan; pour a spoonful batter into the oil and deep fry. 
  • Serve hot with chutney.

Tips: I have not added onion, green chilli and curry leaves. It will add more taste to the dish.
