Chicken Omlette

  1. Egg: 3
  2. Chicken pieces (boiled or fried by adding salt): 3tsp
  3. Onion chopped: 1 tbsp
  4. Tomato chopped: 1tbsp
  5. Green Chilli: 1
  6. Coriander leaf chopped: ½ tsp
  7. Salt: needed
  8. Oil: 2tbsp
Method of Preparation:
·        In a bowl add egg, chicken pieces, onion, tomato, green chilli coriander leaf and salt. Beat well.
·        Heat oil in a pan, Pour the egg mix, close with a lid, cook for 1 minute in low flame; flip and cook till the other side is done.
·        Serve hot.
