Instant Semiya

  1. Semiya (vermicelli): 1 cup
  2. Sugar: 3-5 tsp
  3. Ghee: 3-5 tsp
  4. Cashew nuts & raisins: few
Method of Preparation:
·        Heat 2 tsp ghee in a pan; fry cashew nuts and raisins and keep aside.
·        In the same ghee roast semiya till golden brown and keep aside
·        Boil some water and add the roasted semiya; cook till it is done. Drain it. (do not overcook semiya)
·        Heat 3 tsp ghee and add the drained semiya, sugar and roasted raisins and cashew nuts.
Tips: can use ghee/refined oil/butter
