Bread sweet fry

  1. Bread: 4
  2. Egg: 1
  3. Milk: 3 tsp
  4. Sugar: 2tbsp
  5. Oil/ghee: needed
Method of Preparation:
  • Take a bowl, add egg, sugar, milk and mix well.
  • Heat a pan, apply oil it
  • Take each bread slices and dip both the sides into the egg mix and put into pan. Flip and fry both sides until golden brown.
  • Serve hot with tea.
