Bread Toast Topped with Butterscotch



Ingredients
Bread: 10 slices
Egg: 2
Salt: a pinch
Milk: 5 tbsp
Vanilla Essence: ½ tsp
Butter: as required
Butter Scotch powder: 3 tbsp*
Honey: as required

Method Of Preparation
In a bowl, mix egg, salt, milk and vanilla essence. Mix it well.
Heat a non -stick pan, spread some butter, dip each slice of bread in egg batter and toast both sides till it turns golden brown. Do the same with all breads. Spread some honey on top while hot and sprinkle butterscotch powder and cut it lengthwise and serve.
*Butter scotch recipe
·       ½  cup cashew nuts or almonds
·       1cup sugar
·       3 tbsp butter
Grind sugar and nuts in a grinder coarsely. Heat butter in a pan and add grinded nuts to the pan and sauté till it turns golden brown. Stir continuously in medium flame  otherwise will burn. Make sure to switch off the flame in correct time otherwise it will cause bitter taste.

French Toast in a Bowl



Ingredients
Bread: 8 slices
Egg: 2
Sugar: 1 ½ tbsp
Milk: ¼ cup
Cinnamon Powder: ½ tsp
Vanilla Essence: ½ tsp
Butter: 1tbsp
Butter Scotch powder: 3 tbsp*
Chocolate syrup: for decoration


Method Of Preparation
In a bowl mix egg, sugar, milk, cinnamon powder and vanilla essence. Mix it well.
Grease the baking bowl with butter, arrange the bread pieces and pour the egg mix over it. Bake it in oven at 160 deg for 10min or till done.
Sprinkle the butter scotch over the baked French toast and decorate with chocolate syrup. Cut into pieces and serve.

*Butter scotch recipe
·       ½  cup cashew nuts or almonds
·       1cup sugar
·       3 tbsp butter

Jammy French Toast


Ingredients
Bread: 12 slices
Jam Any Falvour: as needed
Eggs: 3
Milk: 4tbsp
Sugar: 1tbsp
Ghee/Butter/oil: 5-6 tbsp


Method Of Preparation:
Beat the eggs together with milk and sugar.
Take one slice of bread and spread jam over it and close with another slice. Do same with rest of breads
Heat a non stick pan and grease with 1tbsp ghee.
Dip each sandwiched bread into egg mix on both sides and place it on the heat pan.
Flip when the sides turns brown. When both sides turns brown take off from the pan and serve hot.

Macaroni Cake/ Macaroni Pola

Ingredients
Macaroni: 100gms
Egg: 4
Chicken: 250gms
Onion: 2
Ginger/garlic paste: 1tsp
Green Chilli: 1
Turmeric powder: ½ tsp
Chilli powder: ¼ tsp
Pepper Powder: ½ tsp
Garam Masala: ½ tsp
Salt: needed
Oil: 2tbsp
Lemon juice: 2tbsp
Coriander leaves & Curry leaves finely chopped: needed
Cashew roasted: 4tbsp
Ghee/refined oil: 1tbsp


Method Of Preparation:

Cook chicken by adding salt, pepper powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder and water. When cooled shred the chicken.
In a pan add oil and sauté the chopped onion. When onion becomes transparent add in the pepper powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and ginger garlic paste. Then add chicken and green chilli. Stir well till onion and masala get joint with chicken. Now add lemon juice coriander leaves and curry leaves and switch off the flame. Let it cool.

Cook macaroni by adding salt and water, till it is soft and drain it. Let it cool

Beat Eggs and keep aside. Add salt only if required.

In a bowl add cooked pasta, prepared chicken masala and beaten eggs. Stir to combine. Then add coriander leaves.

Heat a pressure cooker and add ghee to it. Rotate the pressure cooker so that the ghee is spread in the base and sides of the cooker. Then add the egg mixture and sprinkle the cashews and coriander leaves over it. Close the lid and lower the flame to very low point. Cook to about half an hour without putting the weight on the lid. Flip the cake into a greased nonstick pan and cook the upper portion in low flame for 5minutyes.

When slightly cooled cut and serve.

Egg Bhaji



Ingredients

Egg: 4

Gram Flour/Besan: 1 cup

Maida/ Plain flour: ¼ cup

Baking Powder: ½ tsp

Salt: needed

Pepper powder: ½ tsp + for sprinkling over the eggs

Chilli powder: ¼ tsp

Turmeric Powder: ¼ tsp

Oil: for deep frying



Method Of Preparation

Hard boil the eggs. Cut each egg into 2 pieces

Sprinkle pepper powder and salt on each egg pieces.

In a bowl add gram flour, maida, baking powder, pepper powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.

Add some water to make it to thick but smooth batter.

Dip each egg pieces in the batter and deep fry in oil till all sides turns slight brown.
Serve hot with tea

Bulls Eye in Capsicum


Ingredients
Egg: 1
Capsicum: one big round piece
Pepper & salt: to taste
Oil: greasing the pan
Method Of Preparation
Heat a non stick pan.
Grease the pan with oil
Place the capsicum round piece.
Break the egg into a ramekin cup
Flip or drop carefully the egg inside the capsicum.
Sim the flame and close with a lid.
Let the egg get cooked in low flame approx. 5minutes.
Take out when done and sprinkle pepper and salt.
Serve hot.

Poached Egg


Ingredients
Egg: 1
Water: needed
Vinegar: 1tsp
Pepper & salt: to taste


Method Of Preparation
Break the egg into a small bowl.
Add enough water to come 2 inch up the side of a narrow, deep pan.
Add in vinegar to it.
When the water simmers, spin the water with a spatula and drop the egg carefully to it.
Cover and turn off the heat. Let the egg stay undisturbed for 5 min.
Don’t peek, poke, stir or accost the egg in anyway.
Take out the egg with a slotted spoon.
Drain in a kitchen towel

Serve by sprinkling salt and pepper.

Egg Sandwich(Bread)


Ingredients
Hard Boiled Eggs: 3
Bread Slices: 10
Onion: 2big
Tomato: 1 small
Green Chilli: 1
Turmeric powder: ¼ tsp
Pepper powder: ½ tsp
Garam Masala: ¼ tsp
Coriander powder:  a pinch
Chilli powder: ¼ tsp
Coriander leaves chopped: 1tbsp
Salt: needed
Oil: 4tbsp
Ghee/Butter: 3tbsp


Method Of Preparation
Heat oil in a pan add thinly sized onion, sauté till transparent.
Add chopped tomatoes. Cook till it is mashed.
Add in the turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder,garam masala, pepper powder. Add salt too.
Saute and add coriander leaves and chopped green chilli. Switch off the flame.
Slice the hard boiled eggs into round thin pieces.
Take the bread slice, spread the onion masala and spread the egg pieces and then slight spread the masala again and place one bread slice over it.
Heat non stick tawa, spread butter, keep the filled bread and toast. When one side is done, flip carefully.
Cut into triangle piece and serve hot.

Egg Sandwich


Ingredients
Egg omlete: 3 omletes (just make omelet by adding salt to egg)
Ghee/Butter/oil: for shallow fry
Maida: 5tbsp (make a paste with this by adding water to seal the chappathi)


Method Of Preparation
Take chappathi, keep egg omelet on it and roll it
Seal the edges with the maida paste.
Heat a non stick tawa add 3tbsp butter or oil to it.
Then place the rolled chappathis to it.

Keep in low flame and roll over all sides and add the butter/oil in between and cook till the outer layer turns crisper.

Coin Biscuit


Ingredients
Egg: 2 (at room temp)
Sugar: ½ cup
All-purpose Flour: 7tbsp
Baking Powder: ½ tsp
Vanilla Extract: 1 ½ tsp
Salt: a pinch   

Method Of Preparation
Combine flour and baking powder and sift and keep aside.
Take another bowl. Add in egg, sugar, salt and vanilla essence. .
Beat well with an electric beater till it becomes pale yellow and doubles the volume.
Now add the flour mixture to it and combine by using a wooden spoon. At this stage don’t use electric beater.
Line the baking tray with greased butter paper.
Transfer the batter to the piping bag with the round nozzle.
Preheat the oven at 180 deg C.
Apply gentle pressure and squeeze the piping bag dropping coin shaped batter on to the butter paper. Leave enough space while dropping the batter.
Bake in preheated oven to about 12-15minutes or till the sides become light brown colour.
When done remove from the oven and let it cool. These biscuit will be soft at the stage while we are removing from the oven, it will go crisp when it cools. So don’t over bake.
When cooled, store in an air tight jar.

Egg Pepper Masala


Ingredients
Onion: 4
Garlic: 6 coves
Ginger: 1” piece
Green Chilli: 3
Pepper Powder: ¾ tsp
Garam masala: ½ tsp
Turmeric powder: ¼ tsp
Oil: 4tbsp
Salt: needed
Lemon Juice: 1tsp
Coriander leaves chopped: few
Hard boiled eggs: 3

Method Of Preparation
Crush or make paste of green chili, garlic and ginger. Keep aside
Heat oil in a pan and add thinly sliced onion to it.
When it becomes slight brown color add the ginger garlic paste mix.
Sauté for a minute or till the raw smell takes off.
Then add pepper powder, garam masala and turmeric powder to it. Add salt too.
Stir in and add 1cup water to it.
Let it boil and gravy become thick.
When gravy becomes thick, add in silted hard boiled eggs, lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves. Stir so that the masala coats well on the eggs.
Switch off the flame.
Serve hot with chappathi/roti.
