Bread Fry

  1. Bread: 4
  2. Egg: 1
  3. Water: 1tsp
  4. Salt: needed
  5. Green chilli: 1 (as per taste)
  6. Tomato chopped: 1tsp
  7. Onion chopped: 3tsp
  8. Ginger chopped: ½ tsp (optional)
  9. Oil/ghee: needed
Method of Preparation:
·        Grind green chilli, tomato, onion and ginger.
·        In a bowl; mix egg, water, salt and grinded paste and beat well
·        Heat a pan; Apply oil/ghee, dip each slice of bread on both sides in the egg mix. Fry one by one on both sides until done.
·        Serve hot
