Aval Roast


Aval/rice flakes: ½ cup

Coconut grated: 4tbsp

Sugar: 1 tbsp (as per taste)

Oil: 2tbsp

Method of Preparation

Heat oil in a pan and roast aval till it turns crispy.

Switch off the flame.

When it slightly cools add freshly grated coconut and sugar.

Mix well. Serve with tea
