Small-Fluffy Dosha

  1. Dosha Batter: 3 cups
  2. Salt: needed
  3. Water: ¼ cup (can adjust the amount of water as per the consistency of your dosha batter)

Method of Preparation

  • Add salt and water to the dosha batter. Stir well. The consistency should be a bit watery form (not much). 
  • Heat the non- stick vellappam Chatti. Put in high flame and pour a laddlefull batter and keep undisturbed close the lid and put in low flame (don’t rotate the tawa or spread with the ladle.)
  • You can take it out when the upper part gets cooked. Don’t flip and cook.
Serve hot with chutney or sambar

Tips: If the consistency is thinner than dosha batter only it would come out well.
