Veg. Idli


  1. Idli Batter: 2 cups 
  2. Salt: needed 
  3. Carrot gratedt: ¼ cup

Method of Preparation

Add salt to the idli batter.

Grease the idli trays; Pour the batter into the trays.

Sprinkle grated carrot on top of it.

And steam it for 15 minutes.

Serve hot with chutney.

Tips: You can use grated cucumber also instead of grated carrot.
