Scrambled Egg


Ingredients
Eggs: 4
Onion: 1 medium
Garlic finely chopped: 1tbsp
Curry leaves chopped: 3tbsp
Ginger finely chopped: 1 tbsp
Green chilli chopped: 3 tsp (as per taste)
Salt: needed
Coconut oil: 4tbsp
Method of Preparation
Beat the eggs well and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan, Add ginger pieces, after a minute, add finely chopped onion.
When it turns somewhat brown, add garlic, green chilli. Sauté for a while.
Then add curry leaves . Simmer the flame well and add the beaten eggs and salt.
Increase the flame a bit. Stir continuously till the eggs are well cooked.
Serve hot.
