First I thought of making cutlet with left over noodles. When I started working on it I thought will roll it in Vermicelli/ Semiya .As a result a delicious and crispy snack derived and I couldn’t believe that it had amazing taste. Rolling in vermicelli/semiya makes it crisper and even tastier. So try this recipe.
Chicken Noodles (cooked and left over): 2cups (can use any flavor noodles of ur choice)
Potato (boiled and mashed): ¼ cup (optional)
Semiya/vermicelli: needed (can use the small vermicelli)
Oil: deep frying
Method of Preparation
Take the chicken noodles in a bowl, add the mashed potato and mix well. (I could roll my noodles into balls so I didn’t use mashed potato, you can avoid this step if you could do so)
Take beaten egg in a bowl and vermicelli in another bowl.
Roll the noodle mix into round shape or oblong shape.
Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
Dip well the balls in beaten egg and roll well in vermicelli.
Deep fry in oil till both sides becomes golden brown color.
