Carrot Raita

Ingredients
Carrot: 2
Onion: 1
Green Chilli: 2
Curd: 1cup
Cumin seeds crushed: ¼ tsp
Salt: needed
Method of Preparation
Chop carrot, onion and green chilli finely.
Add this to a bowl and add curd, cumin and salt to it.
Mix well and serve chilled with biriyani, roti……
You can add chopped coriander leaves to it too, which will add better taste.
