Ingredients
Chicken: 1kg (whole chicken with skin)
Lemon Juice: 4tbsp
Ginger paste: 1tbsp
Garlic Paste: 1tbsp
Salt: needed
Method of Preparation
Wash the chicken well. Drain well
In a bowl add lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste and salt.
Mix well with hand. Marinate the chicken with the above mix and keep aside for 2-3 hours.
Preheat the oven and grill the chicken in a wire rack to about 45-50 minutes or till done.
Serve with Roti or chappathi.

The roast chicken looks mouth-watering,Faseela - has come out so well. I prepare it a bit differently in that I add a mix of onion-ginger-garlic and lemon juice. This is because I prefer my roast chicken to be more moist and love the gravy that has the flavors of the chicken juices. I do hope to share my recipe sometime too!Thanks for your recipe!
