Chocolate Horlicks Cookies

Ingredients
Chocolate Horlicks: ½ cup
Wheat Flour: 1 cup
Sugar Powdered: ½ cup
Butter: ¼ cup
Baking Powder: ¼ tsp
Milk: 4-6tbsp (required to knead the dough)
Method of Preparation
In a bowl add wheat flour and baking powder. Mix well with hand.
In another bowl add butter and powdered sugar to it.
Beat well
Add chocolate Horlicks powder to the wheat flour.
Then add butter to it and mix well with hand.
Then add required milk to get smooth dough. (If the dough goes stickier, you can add little more wheat flour to it)
Flatten it on a floured surface and cut the cookies into desired shapes.
Make impressions with fork or knife.
Pre heat the oven and bake the cookies at 1800C to about 15-17 minutes.
Do not over bake, the cookies will go hard.
Oven time may vary.
Cool on the wire rack and serve.
