Spaghetti With Sausage

Ingredients
Spaghetti: 1 pack
Chicken Sausage: 10
Onion: 3 big
Tomato 2
Tomato paste: 1tbsp
Capsicum: 1
Garlic crushed: 6
Chilli powder: 1tsp
Corn flour: 1tsp (optional)
Salt: needed
Oil: 3tbsp
Coriander leaves: 1 string
Method of Preparation
Cook spaghetti by adding enough water and salt. Drain and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan; add diced onion and sauté for a while. Then add crushed garlic to it.
Add tomato and sauté for a while and add chilli powder and salt to it.
Then add tomato paste and diced capsicum pieces and sausage.
Close with a lid and cook for a while in low flame.
Then open the lid and add the spaghetti to it.
In ¼ cup water add the corn flour and stir without lumps and add to the spaghetti. (This step is optional)
Let it be there in low flame to about 15-20 minutes.
Add chopped coriander leaves and serve hot. (I was out of coriander leaves, so I could not add it)
