Simple Biscuits


Ingredients
Maida: 1 ½ cup (or as needed)
Egg: 2
Sugar: ½ cup (as per taste)
Cardamom powder: ½ tsp
Baking powder: 1 tsp
Salt: a pinch
Butter: ¼ cup
Method of Preparation
Add egg in a bowl, with an electric beater beat the eggs well till it becomes fluffy.
Then add sugar to it and beat well.
Now add butter, cardamom, baking powder and salt to it. Mix well.
Then add maida little by little to get the consistency of smooth chappathi dough.
Mix well to make it smooth.
Then roll it flat and cut into your desired shapes with cookie cutter.
U can sprinkle sugar on top of each cookies.
Keep in a greased baking tray with enough space between each biscuits.
Bake in preheated oven at 200 Deg C for 20-25 minutes until it turns golden brown on top.
Baking time varies in oven
Serve with tea
