Chicken: 500gms (preferably breast piece/ boneless pieces)
Corn flour: 3tbsp
Maida/wheat flour: 3tbsp
Pepper powder (white/black): 2tbsp (as per taste)
Garam masala: 1tsp
Egg: 1 (optional)
Oil: for deep frying
Method of Preparation
Cut chicken into small pieces. Wash well and drain. Keep aside.
In a bowl add egg, corn flour, maida, pepper powder, garam masala and salt.
Mix well to make a thick batter, if needed add some water.
Add chicken pieces to it and mix.
Marinate to about 1 hour.
Deep fry in oil by putting chicken pieces one by one.
Cook till well done.
