Kaiveeshal Appam

Maida: needed
Eggs: 4
Cardamom powder: 1 tbsp
Sugar: 8-10 tbsp (as required)
Salt: a pinch
Baking powder: a pinch
Oil: for frying
Method of Preparation
Beat the eggs well; u can do it in a blender. Then add sugar, salt, baking powder and cardamom powder and blend once more till the sugar mix well.
Then add maida to the egg mix. Till u get the consistency of idli batter, flowing consistency, not too water or not too thick.
Heat oil in a pan
Take a coconut shell with one hole. Close the hole with one finger and add the prepared batter to the shell.
Take the finger when you reach above the oil, circle while dropping the batter to the oil.
Cook both sides until done.
