Beef Masala

Beef: 1kg
Onion: 2
Tomato: 2
Ginger (2” piece): 4
Garlic: 1 pod
Green chilli: 4
Coriander leaves: few
Turmeric powder: 1 tbsp
Coriander powder: 4 tbsp
Chilli powder: 2 tbsp
Pepper powder: 1tsp
Garam masala: 2 tbsp
Fenugreek seeds: ¼ tsp
Salt: needed
Curry leaves: needed
Coconut oil: needed
Shallots: 6
Method of Preparation
In a cooking pot add the washed beef, and then add chopped onion, tomato, crushed green chilli, ginger and garlic.
Then add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, pepper powder, fenugreek, salt, curry leaves, coriander leaves and 2tbsp coconut oil.
Mix well with hand and add little water and keep on flame.
Cook in low flame until beef is cooked well and gravy becomes thick.
Switch off the flame when cooked.
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped shallots, when it turns brown add curry leaves. Transfer this to prepared beef masala.
