Mandarin Jam

This is my first try on jam, I am happy it came out well. I was not so confident so I tried with less number. Mandarin jam with brown bread, fantastic combination, Try and give me your feedback.
Ingredients
Mandarin Orange:  4
Sugar: 1 ½ cup (or according the taste)
Cinnamon powder: a pinch
Lemon juice: 3 tbsp
Method of Preparation
Remove the skin and chop the flesh. Take care that the white part not to come it. It will add bitter taste.
Mix the flesh of mandarins, sugar and cinnamon powder in a pressure cooker.
Wait for 1 whistle to come and simmer the flame and keep for 20-25 minutes.
Switch off the flame; wait for the pressure to settle.
If necessary you can transfer this to a non- stick pan and do the balance process or you can do it the same cooker.
Open the lid and switch on the flame. Add lemon juice at this stage. Stir frequently, till it comes to the jam consistency.
Be careful not to make it too thick, when it is slightly thick switch off the flame. When cools you will get the jam consistency.
Transfer it to dry bottle, close the cap only when it is fully cooled.
