Tomatoes: 2 big
Green Chilli: 1 (optional)
Coriander leaves: ¼ cup
Lemon Juice: Juice of half lemon
Method Of Preparation
Blend tomatoes, coriander leaves and green chilli. ( no need to make to smooth paste, do as per your taste)
Take out tomato mix from the blender to a bowl and add salt and lemon juice.
Serve with Arabic rice or pulavs.
Note: The original recipe don’t call for green chilli.
