Chicken Roast

Ingredients
Chicken: 600gms
Onion: 3
Ginger: 2” piece
Garlic: 10-12cloves
Green Chilli: 4
Lemon juice: 4-5tbsp
Fennel seeds powder: ½ tbsp
Fennel Seeds: 1 tbsp
Curry leaves: few
Chilli powder: 2tbsp (or as per taste)
Turmeric powder: 1tbsp
Garam Masala: 1tbsp
Salt: needed
Coconut oil: 5-6tbsp
Method of Preparation
Cut the chicken into small pieces and wash well and drain.
Slice the onion length wise, chop garlic and ginger into small pieces. Split the green chillies.
In a bowl add chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala, fennel seeds powder, chopped onion, ginger, garlic and chilli. Add curry leaves also to it.
Mix well with hand. Add lemon juice. Add chicken pieces to it and mix.
Marinate for 1 hour.
Heat oil in wide non-stick pan, Add marinated chicken pieces to it. Put in full flame for 2-3 minutes and keep stirring.
Low the flame but do not close with a lid.
Let it be in low flame, if needed more oil u can add some more oil.
When it is almost done add the fennel seeds, this will add more taste to the chicken.
Stir and cook till the chicken come brown color.
Let me tell you, it is too delicious.
Tips: Should take a wide pan, do not close with a lid, Take time and cook in low flame.
