Custard Crepes

Ingredients
Pan cake:
Custard Powder: ¼ cup
Maida/All-purpose flour: 1 cup
Milk: needed
Egg: 1
Salt: a pinch
Sugar: 3-4 tbsp
Cardamom powder: ¼ tsp
Filling:
Apple: 1
Banana/ ripe plantain: 1
Cardamom powder: ¼ tsp
Honey: ¼ cup (or as needed)
Roasted cashews and raisins: few
Ghee/ butter: 2tbsp
Method of Preparation
For filling
Chop apple and banana into small pieces.
Heat ghee/ butter in a pan and add chopped apple and banana.
Add cardamom powder to it. Stir for 1-2 minutes and switch off the flame.
Add roasted cashews and raisins.
When cooled add honey to it and stir well.

For pan cake
In a bowl add custard powder, maida, sugar, salt and cardamom powder. Mix well.
Add milk and egg to it. Stir well without forming lumps. The consistency of batter should not be too thin or too thick.
Heat a non-stick pan and add a ladleful batter, slightly rotate with the back of the ladle.
Low the flame, flip to the other side when one side is cooked.
Take it out after a minute and add the prepared filling to it and fold length wise.
Can serve by cutting into small pieces and pouring honey over it or as it is.
It tastes brilliant. Kids will surely love it.
