Sausage-Olive Omelete



Ingredients
Egg: 4
Green/Black Olives: 12
Sausage: 2
Onion: 1 small
Tomato: 1 small
Green chilli: 2
Coriander leaves: 1 string
Garam masala: ¼ tsp
Salt: needed
Refined/coconut oil: 3tbsp

Method Of Preparation
Chop onion, tomato, green chilli, sausage, olives and coriander leaves.
Break the eggs to a bowl and then add chopped veg and sausage to it.
Add salt and garam masala to it and stir well.
Heat oil in a non stick pan,
Then add the egg mix and lower the flame and close with the lid.
Flip it after few minutes or when one side is done.
Keep for few more minutes till the other side of omelet is cooked.
Serve hot with roti/rice.
