Chicken breast/Boneless Chicken: 500gms
Plain Flour: ¾ cup
Corn Flour: ¼ cup
Pepper Powder: 1tbsp
Baking Powder: ¼ tsp
Refined Oil: for deep frying
Method Of Preparation
In a pan add some water, salt and chicken breast. Put on flame and cook till chicken is 90% done.
When cooled, cut the chicken breast into stripes. Keep this aside.
In a bowl add plain flour, corn flour, pepper powder, baking powder and salt.
Add some water and make the batter. The consistency of batter is of banana fritters. (I usually check by dipping a finger into the batter and if the batter coats well on the finger that is the consistency)
Heat oil in a pan and dip each chicken stripes in batter and deep fry in oil till done.
